Dr. Don has over 40 years experience in serving numerous populations for a wide variety of needs: Adults, Teens, and Children. He is certified in CPT (Cognitive Process Therapy) for PTSD, DBT (Dialectic Behavior Therapy) for behavior modification, (SKILLS), for life, CCDS (Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Specialist) and EMDR for treating numerous mental health disorders. He has worked and successfully helped clients diagnosed with chemical addiction, sex addiction, pornography addiction, internet gaming and gambling addiction. He is trained and well experienced in coaching individuals, couples, family and teens with adjustments to life circumstances such as addictions, divorce, job change, grief, anxiety, anger, chaos, goal setting life planning and military PTSD V.A. claims.

Dr. Don has served as Chaplain for the American Red Cross and the Naval Hospital San Diego, CA. He worked in addiction recovery and co-curing disorders for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. for 12 years prior to retiring from Dept. of Defense.

Dr. Don earned his D.D. at Ambassador College. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology at Azusa Pacific University, Ph.D. in Forensic Counseling at University of Nevada, his MSSW at Gordon College and his CCDS at Breining Institute. Dr. Don is Certified NLP and Certified Life Coach. Dr. Don continues to work with the Veterans Administration with PTSD Vets. Dr. Don is an active member of NAADAC, GACA, NASW, NACBT, and member of the LPCA of Georgia. And numerous professional organizations.
